However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours for color, texture, or extension services before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours for haircut will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked.
- Failure to provide any notice of cancellation (no-shows) will result in a charge of 100% of the services booked to the credit card on file.
Payment Procedure
- If a credit card is not on file, the cancellation fee must be settled prior to scheduling another appointment.
