What We Offer
Our Associate Program offers hands-on experience that provides training in areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Associates work with our dedicated service providers to grow into a career hairdresser.It is a performance based level system. With each level jump there is an increase in pay! We are committing to grow people for our salon andindustry with necessary skills for success! We are looking for potential associates with passion and willingness to be coached.
